If the problem might be fixed by your cable TV provider, you will praise that guy and to give him an amount that truly deserves for his hard work and effort to renovate your cable TV. If you have time to compare these two brands about the speed, quality and price, you may expect that the customer relies on high speed and quality, and cheap price as well. But some of them don’t care about the price whether it is cheap or expensive because what they are after is the high speed and quality of the internet. The internet users like to download music, movies, sports meeting and other things they want in a quicker speed. It may save their time to do other things in the internet. If the broadband internet company cannot provide or meet their customers’ needs and expectations, there is a possibility that their combined sales and revenue may go down.
Because of low quality speed, the customers will be frustrated and forced themselves to shift with another broadband internet company. It is vital for us to be concern about their needs and desires to keep them by our company’s brand. If we don’t want them to shift with other brands, then we need to take serious action to get what they want in terms of speed, quality and price. All we need to do is to formulate a plot of action in order to keep their customers alive and to encourage not shifting with other providers. It is never too late for other companies that are having the same issue of losing their customers.
